If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-730-6597 so that a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION number (RMA#) form could be sent and be completed with your return. Returns without an approved RMA # will not be accepted. You will be required to repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose the RMA form. You will be required to pay for the return shipping charges.
Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products if returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. General Imaging will cover shipping charges of your returned unit, but you will need to pay for the shipping charges to return the defective unit. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
Supplies and consumable merchandise will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been opened. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Our goal is to process your return promptly. Upon receipt of your package, the return process is normally completed within 7-10 calendar days.
Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. We offer Standard Ground Shipping, Second Day and Next Day options. Those options and their associated prices will be shown during the check out process.
Standard Shipping(Ground) is provided by Fedex Ground whichever is most efficient for the destination. Orders will be shipped on the following business day. Please allow 7-14 business
days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including
Holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental US (including AK,
PR, VI, Guam, HI). We do not delivery to APO, FPO, and PO boxes.
Express, Overnight & Priority Shipping Options:If you prefer to receive your merchandise faster, we offer Second Day,
and Next Day service. Delivery is Monday through Friday, not including weekends
and Holidays. Orders placed with expedited service will ship on the next
business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express
option rates will be displayed at the time of checkout. You will always have
the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges
before you confirm your order. Standard
shipping is available for the Continental US (including AK, PR, VI, Guam, HI). We do
